Chang Han is a Taiwanese actor and director, born in Taipei to a family of actors. His father was veteran actor Zhang Guo Zhu and his younger brother, actor Zhang Zhen. Graduated from the directing department of Beijing Film Academy, he debuted with the 1991 movie "Guling Street Teenage Murder".
