Kim Kook Heon is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of MYTEEN (마이틴) and B.O.Y (비오브유; previously known as Kim Kook Heon x Song Yu Vin). He graduated from Yangjae High School and is enrolled in the Practical Music and Vocal program at the Seoul Institute of the Arts. He made his debut in 2017 as MYTEEN's leader and main vocalist with their first EP, "MyTeen Go!". The leader was originally given to Choi Eun Soo, but he rejected the position. In August 2019, The Music Works (뮤직웍스) decided to disband the group. After his participation in "Produce X 101" (alongside Song Yu Vin), the agency decided to form a unit duo and they released the single "Blurry" in September 2019. And, after MYTEEN disbanded, the duo became an official act under the name B.O.Y, releasing their first EP "Phase One: You" in January 2020.
