Maria Isabel Lopez is a Filipino movie and television actress. She represented the Philippines in the 31st Miss Universe Pageant in Lima, Peru in 1982 and later became controversially known when she entered the movie industry due to her highly sexualized roles which were not usually expected of a beauty queen titleholder. In 1990, she married a Japanese executive. Although they separated later in 2006, the couple had two children: a daughter, actress Mara Lopez, and a son, Kenyo "Ken" Yokohama, a Civil Engineering student of De La Salle University.
