Zhou Zhi Yuan, who is about to graduate, is inspired by his younger sister's water polo coach Ling Hao Er, to recruit players for the new season. He calls upon a trio of former players, known as "Old You Tiao”, comprised of Chen Yu Ting, Jiang Jia, (who didn't make the basketball team), and Bai Lang, a former provincial talent, to join the new squad. Zhi Yuan not only has to hussle for external training venues but must also deal with the possibility of members quitting once their studies are completed. Making his guys competitive requires Bai Lang to jump through all sorts of hoops, to get his his crush, Ling Hao Er, on board as coach.
