Choi Seok Won, born in Changwon City, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea, is a singer, actor and former member of the boy group Ciipher (싸이퍼). He graduated from Korea Arts High School. In 2021, he made his debut under the stage name Tan as the group's lead vocalist with their first EP "I Like You" (안꿀려).
