Toshio Egi was born on June 4, 1952 in Tokyo, Japan. He is an actor and producer, known for High and Low (1963), Yuki no Concerto (1991) and Zatôichi monogatari (1974). Child activity started at the age of three. Since 1959, he has been active mainly in Nikkatsu films, and has performed with numerous Nikkatsu stars including Yujiro Ishihara and Akira Kobayashi.
